    Opening saved project with lost timeline?

    I have same problems. These problems came after I upgraded from win98 to XP. Editing works just fine but if I open saved project it's corrupted. Timeline is empty and files in bin are corrupted. This really is not good. Can someone help? I have Windows XP and premier 6.02.
