    Thanks for your reply @coralTech. SIP ALG is off. and i've checked the UDP timer on the draytek. Dont suppose you have a cheat sheet for setting up SIP trunks on an SL2100? so i can check if ive missed something. Waiting for a course to come up, currently only offering 9100 course. Thanks Wes
