I have a Radiant terminal that will not load Aloha. I have rebooted the server in the office and the actual terminal. Each time it loads to the Command screen and then logs off and then logs itself back in just to get to the Command screen and do it all over again. It does it constantly...

...aaaaand it did it again. I did find a spooling file on Term1 this time and deleted that. I went to set the MASTERCAPABLE and SERVICECABLE to FALSE and I get an error message reading: "There is another terminal on the network with the same terminal number or there is aother instance of...

I could not find a "spooling file". However, this only happens when terminal 1 goes into Master. Is there a way to prevent that? Or better yet, fix it? Thanks in advanced again.

I need some help. I'm running ALOHA TS v5.3.31 with the corresponding EDC. Currently all FOH terminals cannot process credit card payments as a "System Error" but I can run card on the BOH server using the authorize function. This just suddenly happened, no changes happened to the BOH...
