jrbbldr, Yes you are right! OverTime to be calculated on the Over-all Week (meaning ANY time over 40 Hours)? The only thing I am trying to figure is: if each invoice InvoiceStartTime and InvoiceEndTime is inside Driver's StartOverTime and EndOverTime periods. please forget wheather or not...- ixl777
