    HP DDS5 drives on Arcserve 6.61

    Hi Anyone know if Arcserve 6.61 supports the HP DDS5 drives (e.g. HP DAT72e/36-72GB ext SCSI DDS5) or is it necessary to upgrade to V9.0. OS is SBS 4.5 (NT 4 SP6a) Are these drives reliable? Regards John

    Tape naming

    Hi Can anyone explain (simply) how to configure Arcserve (6.61) to accept ANY tape for a scheduled backup. I seem to remember that it was possible to run tapetest to format? or erase? the tape immediately prior to running the backup. I've lost the information. Is there a better way of doing it...
