ARC Serve 6. Error E1014 - Failed to format. Tape is new.
This all started a week ago with an E1145 Media write error during a backup. I changed tapes and since that error I get the E1014. I have rebooted the server, cleaned the drive and used new tapes but nothing works. I noticed on the ARC Serve setup menu that the "Overwrite ANY tape in...- bwatty
