    I'm not sure where you mean for me to confirm the 2nd pri is enabled. Is it in the Element Manager? In the EM, in RESOURCES in TELEPHONY RESOURCES, it shows the 2nd pri as enabled. It also shows all lines as provisioned. If I should be checking elsewhere, please let me know. I do see all 46...
