Wondering about a rolling call assistant setup I'm trying to do.
Basically we want an assistant phone to be able to see boss's two lines have two lines of her own while monitoring overall lines for this sub-group of the company.
Does this require a T24 KLM CAP for everyone needing...
Okay. That does work (Internally), however do you know the setup for External calls coming through to this boss's DID? How can that secretary set see and answer those calls?
