    What is required to upgrade a MICS to 5.1 S/W to support Call Pilot

    I have a older MICS that requires 4.1 s/w or newer to support the Call Pilot 100 voice mail system we are installing. Aparantly in addition to purchasing the new software there is some another software I require to purchase to perfrom the upgrade. Can anyone provide me with any info?

    Caller ID on a analog port

    I have a MICS with an analog terminal adaptor connected to a digital port. Will caller id pass through to the analog port. I have a analog caller id phone on the station.
