    Running a MICS-XC 5.0 with 2 PRI's, a NAM 4.0 and a Cinphony ACD. Encountered a problem a few times. When in a remote seesion to the system, the system does not allow user to dial out over PRI's. Inbound is not affected. Can dial out over normal trunk lines. The only way to fix problem is...
