    Thanks for the replies. I have both CTI Override and IP Duplication turned on but cannot switch between phones without going and deleting the IP phone for my extension.

    Thanks meyer1y2k... I enabled it but my softphone still will not connect. I can connect to a different that doesn't have a physical IP phone already connect. When you "switch" between handset and app do you have to unplug the handset?

    Hello. I have several users (including myself) who split their time between working in the office and remotely. Is it possible to have a deskphone and softphone (like x-Lite) share the same extension? System is a NEC SV9100.
