Upgrade SQL 6.5 to SQL 2000. Should I go to 7.0 first?
We are looking to upgrade our databases from SQL 6.5 running on NT to SQL 2000 running on Windows 2000. I have been told that it may be worth upgrading 6.5 to 7.0, backing up the database, wiping the server and loading windows 2000 & SQL 2000 then restoring the backup. This seems a long way...- streetj
