    AD 2000 do not show the OU in the options

    Hi, When I right click a folder in Active Directory Users and Computers under New I do not have the option to create an OU. Not even on my Exchange 2003 users and computers. I have never seen this before. Is that an LDAP issue? Thnx. Nir
