    I have Windows98 freshly installed on a new 40GB hard disk on a Dell 566 with 384mb memory. Everything is working fine, except that it takes a long time (2-3 seconds) to open a folder. Any suggestions?

    Thanks for the response, but I have several uninstallers. The problem is that Pop-up Stopper appears to be gone, but its effects are not. Perhaps it changed a setting in IE? My problem is that I do know WHAT to delete and where.
