Applet in Library Item?

0 Margins Using Library
I have a masthead that I want pushed up against the left and top. I have my margins set to 0. But then I put my masthead in a library item. I put my 0 margins in that too. It pushed it all the way to the left, but there is still just a hair of space at the top. Any ideas? -
