Thanks for the suggestions - using inventory after changing the tape worked great. It showed up in All Media and then I was able to drag it down to the media set.
My backup ran great last night.

I had to uninstall and reinstall my BExec and I didn't take out the tape. Now the media set thinks there's only one tape even when I eject and then change the tape.
So I'd like to add more tapes but I don't know how.

I did look at the COUNT command but what I need is to get VFP to count for each variation within a column.
e.g. how many SA? how many NI? how many RL? etc
something like:
count distinct column
currently I use:
set filt to column = 'SA'
count
which gives me what I want but not too elegant...
