thanks for that! I'm understanding this way of doing it now. But I have made the buttons in a different way, with an animated submenu which appears when you click on a menu button. This submenu animation is embedded in the over state in the button... I want this submenu to show until the user...- emmti

Hi, I'm making a flashmenu for my (html) site. The flashmenu consists of animated buttons. I cannot figure out how to make one button stay selected (in its down state) after I have clicked it.
