Hi @belevedere, thank you for your reply. I check 26-01 : Automatic Route Selection Service settings. Does it mean we are not using ARS and we don't need to do anything with SL1000 once our telephone provider updated our trunkline number?

Hi belevedere. Issue has been resolved. It is due to VRS misconfiguration. We adjusted value of 25-07-01 No Dial Time and 25-07-02 No Answer Time. Thanks.
Hi.. Can someone help me on SL100 programming. VRS is activated on SL100, when there is incoming call, caller dial extension number after VRS message but phone only ring once then it forward automatically to specific extension number. How can we deactivate this? Thank you
