Thanks Naith for your help. For example the ful name of my costumer is "Rui Pedro Ribeiro Carvalho" and I want only to be represented in the report the first and the last names like this "Rui Carvalho". By the way that is my full name and I'm from Portugal. Thank you again.- RuiPedro

Sorry! You may say that the question is so simple that I'm taking your time but I'm begginer and I have this problem : I have 1 Access table field with the full name of my costumers and I need to place ONLY the first and the last names in the Crystal Report. How can I do that ? Thanks for your help- RuiPedro
