    Auto-sequence & Reports Freezes

    I have situations where AS&R freezes randomly. I restart the SQL service on the server and all is well again. Does anyone have any idea why my SQL servce is running but Micros freezes. Locked record maybe? Thanks.

    Micros 3700 Slow Tendering

    I have a number of registers that will pause randomly for 5-10 seconds when tendering a transaction. I see nothing in the logs to indicate any errors. Has anyone seen this behavior before. Any thoughts. Thanks!
