Hello belvedere I did that and till had the message "that mailbox does not exist". I think that somewhere along I have probably entered an incorrect entry so I am considering a factory reset and starting from scratch and am going to be cheeky and ask for the programming steps required to do this...
Hello checked MB 47.02 and the VE had a mailbox, however still the same error message. My brain is starting to hurt is there another option for the problem and if so what?? Thanks in advance.
Thanks Belvedere for your reply. I set up a virtual extension, dialled the v/m pilot number, was prompted to enter the mailbox number, did so and had a recorded message saying "that mailbox does not exist" The software "Inmail mailbox options" shows that it exists. Have I missed something else...
Apologies for delay in replying as I have been somewhat incapacitated, NEC did indeed confirm that. Would it be easier on my part to program the "in skin" v/m button for an unused extension and then set divert on no reply to the inmail rather than tinkering with VE's. What is the timer for the...
Thanks for the reply. It does appear in the documentation and if it can't be done what is the point. I have not contacted NEC direct. I will do so tomorrow and post their response.
