Thank You Skip. I figured this was the case, but as I've said the mysql database does not yet exist. Therefore it's not quite evident to me how I would point Publisher toward the fields in the mysql database. I assume I would have to know the database name, locale and password? First Post Here. I use a Publisher mail merge to populate a sign template (for print)... in other words to make signs. The sign information is typically pulled from a master .xls file.
