Is there a way to automatically or dynamically update the hosts file in SCO? I am trying to have the information added to it when a certain process is run by a user. If anyone has a script that does this or if there is a way to configure it to dyanmically do it it would be a great help.
so when it comes up sayting that there is a tape drive already as the default and do i want to make this one the default drive i should answer "no" and make it the secondary drive??

I need to add an external SCSI DAT drive to an existing platform. the PC already has an internal IDE drive that is working fine.
so my question is how do i add the second tape drive and then how do i add the option to select between the tape drives...
