    Hi Jocke 58MB text file to xml with DOM this need a lot of memory, because the whole dom tree is in the memory. if you don't need access to specified nodes then it is maybe better to write a textfile with all these tags. maybe this help you

    Procedure in DLL

    Hi, yes you can use also a procedure instead of a function. If you only want that your code is central then you should use a extra unit. This is much easier to program, especially during the testing of the code.
