Reaching out before I raise a ticket with Avaya. I've a customer that's decided that busy indicators are too complicated and wants this feature. I enabled it on their system and tested but it did not display anything on the set. I tested in my lab with same result; take target off-hook and...
Hi folks. Don't see much in searching for information related to IM/Presence exchange service in One-X portal connecting to Office 365, and I'm sure some of you talented guys have got this working by now. I'm using following information, if it's wrong please let me know...
Exchange service...
Does anyone have the iso of 8.1 anywhere demo or the ipoffice-anywhere.tar.bz2 file? I need to create a lab to test persistence through upgrade of a work around we have on a couple customers and I can't find the file anywhere (no pun intended) to get it set up. Thanks for any help fellas...
You may want to consider using LLDP in the switches to provision the information in the phones and take the options out of the DHCP server. Or, if your switches support DHCP per vlan as well as options, carve out a block of addresses for each site out of the subnet, exclude the range in your...
Has anyone tried to get a 3641 to work on an IPO (since R6) without the use of an AVPP? KB states that the 3641 now supports WMM. My thoughts are if you have 1 3641 and an AP that supports WMM then the AVPP is not really needed since call timing shouldn't be an issue. It is definitely not needed...
It worked! Now what? LOL You guys seeing any issues with the logs? Got a few restarts marked "voicemail IPOfficeWatchdog[2221]: vmpro problem detected. Restarting.". All the core dumps are broken or garbled.... but the darn vm to email works!
Yeah, here's a snipit of the smtp log (ip's changed)... See how it first tries to connect to the sending email addresses domain, fails, then connects to the smtp ip address that was specified in the client. Before I setup a telnet session from root to the smtp server it would try only domain.com...
hey there, found that if I set up a telnet session from root on app server to smtp server on port 25 then issue ehlo, mail from, rcpt to, then quit commands and get good reponses back it will work from then on. Proved in the lab and out on site. Cool huh? However, it still won't generate the log...
Hey folks, just been playing with the new linux toy and can't seem to get the voicemail to email function working correctly. When I look in the log I see it trying to open the smtp session to the domain of the email address and not to the ip address entered in the server and domain information...
So I guess I'm stuck ripping all the icr's out and re-entering them as I seem to be the only one that can't see the funkiness.... Wonder why I can't see them on my machine or the vmpro machine? Only thing I can think of is both OS's are x64.
I copied and pasted from an excel sheet so that could be it. But I couldn't see those characters/spaces when I pulled down the config, only when my coworker pulled it down on his laptop.
I couldn't see where I could import the ICR's, but I would love to know how if you wouldn't sharing.
Has any one had any issues with odd characters, squares to be specific, showing up at the end of the destination in an incoming call route? I built this solution with an abby-normal amount of routes (403) and all are populated as they should be (VM:module name)when I pull a config into manager...
Hi folks. replacing a freepbx solution with an IPO R6.0.18. Customer is really utilizing the faxing capabilities of the freepbx so we're trying to get a SIP trunk between the two to route faxes over, but can't get the trunk up. The only sip message I see in monitor is "Sip: SIP Line (17) NTD...
Anyone know a way for an IPO to gether time info without a reboot? Also, having trouble w/ time requests across network to specified time server. Server is a VMPRO machine.
Customer has 406 running 4606's across a managed MPLS. They had a lightning strike and lost some modules, so upon relacing the modules we had to upgrade the firmware to make them work. Since they're using 4606 sets I loaded 3.2.59 since 4.0 doesn't support them. Now they are complaining of the...
