    even from the pilot number (5111) the user still has to input his mailbox number and pin code, are you suggesting using DTMF tones ? if so cool hadnt thought of that but would be cooler if CCM could identify the number and route accordingly

    yeah but then he still has to enter his mailbox and pin, he wants to dial and forget essentially :)

    Sorry for the mildly confusing title, I have a user who wants to ring his extension from his mobile phone and automatically get straight into his voicemail without authentication etc.. is that possible? thanks in advance
