Just checked that, and yes. The calls seem to appear there... Both extensions are set "appr&ring" for the hunt group.
Not all the other sets have line indicators, but the second hunt group is on the others that can have it. Calls just don't get to it.

If Busy:Overflow
Q Timeout:15
Overflow:(the second hunt group)
I thought this should work, and it sounds as though you aren't disagreeing... My only thought is that something else is wrong - but I can't think what. Could it be a software...
We have two hunt groups. The first is set to overflow if busy to a second group. Its Q timeout is set to 15 seconds. If both extensions in the first hunt group are busy, the call is not forwarded to the second hunt group until after the 15 seconds - which defeats our external answering...
