    That worked perfectly, I had the lines in #206 set to VMS coverage, when I changed them to Assigned everything worked. Thanks so much for the help.

    thanks telprog, I assigned 26-29 and incoming calls now come through on one line. however, after 6 or so rings I am still forwarded to the receptionists phone instead of the AA. Is this a different problem?

    I have the hunt group extensions assigned as per the diagram in the manual (28,29,30 & 31). I have just noticed that the expansion modules in those diagrams are labled "308" and the module I have in the slot is "206, R4.1". Would this make a difference with the extensions?

    All of my incoming calls are immediately picked up. the caller is told that they are being transferred to the receptionist. The call then goes through on two lines, one of which is always dead? I just want all incoming calls to ring at all extensions without being picked up first. can anyone help?
