Yes, that is the config for my ASA. I do not have access to their config. Yes, the routes look the same when behind or in front of the firewall.- Regen

Yes, you make a lot of sense. That was one of my first thoughts on the issue, but they insist that the remote access VPN tunnel is configured for NAT traversal and that the issue is on our end.
