It seems Mitel does not care about their customers and after a defunct Mitel reseller I have support from Mitel directly through CDW. The problem is now they do not know how to create a SOW for basic MAC tickets for basic changes I need to make within the system.

When the invite is created from my outlook client it is putting in the IP not the DNS.
So when this goes out to an external invitee they have an IP that means nothing to them.

Yes understood but the client is creating this in the meeting when creating it.
It puts the IP address in the invite instead of the DNS name.
I am sure there is a setting somewhere to set the DNS name that will be on the invitation instead of the IP address correct?
