formula translation
I need to know what this formula is doing so I can verify based on the results if it is working: =SUMIF(Headcount!$B:$B,$A153,OFFSET(Headcount!$F$3,0,COUNTIF(Headcount!$3:$3,"<=" & VALUE("09/01/" & RIGHT(D$151,2))))) Thanks- smgomez

drop down list for one column in query to show table values
I have a query where I want to be able to see the list of possible values for one field, so that I can scroll down the list and select versus typing it in. How do I do that?- smgomez
