please, give more info... any case, if you only format a driver using logical parameter you need a programa for access "data stored" on the surface plate. Using getdataback and ignore FAT, let Get....back to analyse and find written information, then save to another location, never...- nibdata

how to identify hard disk spec via serial or part numer???
Hi folk. My hard disk drive is dead... I have no way to identify phisical spec. because no cover or data. Only serial number and bar code from printed board and connector side. Any way to identify a Seagate drive from these serials numbers??? any help/advise will be apreciated. Best regards...- nibdata
