    OTM using USB

    Installing OTM 2.2 on a customer PC which does not have parallel ports. Anyone ever connected a OTM dongle (rs-232)to a rs-232 to USB adapter. PC does not have a parallel port. Dongle is not USB. What needs to be done to make the PC recognize the port.
