    Text to small to read replying in Outlook 2003

    I'm using Word as my email editior, when I reply or forward an email the text of the original email is so small its unreadable. If I turn off Word as my email editior it looks just fine

    Does anyone know how the W32/pinif.a virus got through our security (Firewall, eTrust AV)? we fixed all infected files but how did this thing get into our system. I've searched the NEt and no one seems to know how it gets delivered. Thanks M
