Do I need my floppy drive?
Thanks for your prompt reply. I will buy a new floppy drive, but as Ive got everything backed up and ready to rock, and my pc is really unstable at the mo (only running smoothly in 1/2 hour bursts) I would like to format my hard drive straight away. Do I need my floppy drive?
Im pretty sure my floppy drive is broken - Can anyone tell me if I need to use a floppy disc to format my hard drive?(40 g), is it possible to make a start up disc on CD instead?if so then how do I go about doing this please.I use windows ME.- misspink
