    Losing pages from a report after chagnig record source

    Thanks Tom I have been looking at this again, what is happening is: I have a group footer that is printing after the 1st record and last record, but will not print for the records in the middle. Is there any VB code that i could add to the group footer to force it to print with each report.

    I am losing the last two pages of my report after I change the record source. The pages are not linked and are stand alone. Changing the source is only a name change as the query is identical to the original one. Can anyone help. Thanks Oeano
