    DSC38 Fax Option Not Working

    Jomama46, Fax will not pick up or send. Gestetner tech support now tells us to replace the IPU board.

    DSC38 Fax Option Not Working

    I am in need of any help available! Can not get fax option to work in DSC38. Have tried two new fax options. Just replaced power supply and harness. Nothing seems to work. All firmware has been updated.
