    Thanks for replying ! I found the solution I do have something slightly similar to what you said. But I found out that it can be done on my system by going to printer->properties->paper/quality -> advanced -> n-up Then choose 1-up, 2-up , 3-up etc depending on how many pages per page Thanks...
