    Adobe 6.0 installation error in Windows XP Pro

    Running a Dell Desktop 4600 with XP Pro and received the following error trying to reinstall Adobe 6.0: Error 1317. An internal error occurred while attempting to create the directory C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Adobe PDF 6.0 I am signed on as an administrator . Thank you.

    Received error cannot start IPHLPAPI.DLL trying to network XP Pro with 98SE. Have Norton Personal Firewall. What does this dll file do? Anyway to correct error?
