Hi Rick, If you are using Professional 6.0 you should have the feature. Is it a regular form or a fillable form? Are you filling in fields or using text boxes? I solved my issue by using Professional 6.0 instead of Standard...one I had at work, the other at home. I don't use Standard anymore. I wish there was another solution I could tell you...it has to do with the settings for the form field box, which are created by the document author. Why the...- stapeliad

Actually, instead of changing the font size, can I auto-scale the text so that all the info fits? how do I do this? I have tweaked all the preferences and nothing changes........very, very frustrated. thanks again!!- stapeliad
