    Arcserve 2000 New Install

    Our Arcserve 2000 server died and we had to do a complete fresh install on a new machine. The problem we have is that the new Arcserve 2000 machine will not see the data on tapes backed up on the old (died) machine. Can anyone help please? Fivos
