    Seagate external 160GB partitioning for use with two different P.C.'s

    Wish to use Seagate 160GB external drive as backup/storage for a Windows XP P.C. and a Windows 2000 professional laptop. Don't need partitions to be bootable. Both formatted as NTFS. Is this possible? If so please advise as to how to accomplish and best application software to use. Thank you, Ken
