    UMDA 66 or ATA 100 Cable HELP

    When looking at a UMDA 66 IDE Cable vs a ATA 100 IDE Cable, how does one tell them apart? They both appear to be the same, Blue connector on one end Black on the other. Is there a guide somewhere that explains the differences in IDE cables?
