I'm not sure if you have ever come across this or not but it doesn't have a tray one Under Paper Trays and Options it reads... Mopier = OFF Default paper Size: LETTER Tray 2 (LETTER) Tray 3 (LETTER)- MasterJaya

HP Laserjet 4100T Tray one wont print
I have a LaserJet 4100T printer that is not printing from tray one. When I print a cleaning page and it says to manually insert page into tray one it never recognizes that paper is there- MasterJaya
