Blue, Thanks for your response. I had researched other forums as well and came up with this solution. Close Acrobat then remove this folder C:\Documents and Settings\[user]\Application Data\Adobe\Acrobat\7.0\organizer70 It will rebuild itself when you restart Acrobat It is working fine now...- Stretchalso
