    List Access from URL - WSS

    I'm having trouble programmatically finding a view of a list, given only it's url. I can do it if the current user is a member of the site containing the list, but not if the user is a member for the list only as I can't use the GetViewFromURL member of the SPWeb class. Any ideas anyone?
