Hi TAC84, Can you give me detail step about downgrade firmware for avaya J179 from H323 6.8.x to 6.7.x version ? I have tried work two ways. 1.Changing from H323 6.8.4 to SIP 4.0.5 and return to H323 6.7.1-->but error. (H323 6.8.6 -->SIP 4.0.5 ---> H323 6.7.1) 2.Changing directly from H323 6.8.4...- skynet6868
