Thank you Marty, You were exactly on the money. I rebuilt the dmc clutch (trick I learned from my days as an Olympia copier technician) and it now works absolutely perfectly. Phaser 840 Jam on exit - code 22,600.01
Hello, I'm hoping someone can help out with this particular problem. I have a Phaser 840 that is giving me fault code 22,600.01 whenever I try to print more than one page. I get the message to open the exit cover to remove the jam- even though the paper has completely exited the paper path...- pathfindernetworks
