both Picker50 and wolluf are correct , but where A: setup prompt is, I had to type D:\>A which prompt D:\:> then type in "setup" in order to finish installing windows. Any other command was incorrect command . thank you to all who responded to my request...- slackersman

I get to where computer has checked for bad clusters and it asks for volume characters hit enter for none, then it prompts for command . what is the next command to start windows 98 ?- slackersman
