Yes, the printer works fine with all other programs. It even works fine with Crystal, as long as I don't save the file before I print it.- tomgreene121

PLEASE HELP. I cannot print any reports that I open in Crystal 6. When I send the job to the printer ( I'm using windows 98), the printer says that it is busy, the roller turns, but no paper comes out.- tomgreene121
